About Scottlamp

The lighting company is part of the Scottlamp group of companies, which also includes Scottlamp Ltd (the parent company) an injection moulding and tool making company, and Icarus Housewares that manufactures plastic promotional products.

Scottlamp's low voltage lighting range has been developed over several years, while working side by side with our customers. Utilising the skills learned from supporting the lighting industry for over 25 years Scottlamp have combined new technology, such as LEDs, to new engineering materials and methods such as ultra sonic welding.

Scottlamp have designed and manufactured their lighting solutions for applications; albeit for harsh or wet environments, or for alternative or remote power systems, Scottlamp's low voltage range lighting has something different to offer.

Scottlamp recognises the need to offer solutions to reduce contributions to global warming. Scottlamp's products are ROHS compliant (no harmful or banned elements are used in the construction of our products). Scottlamp are signed up to the WEEE directive; ensuring that electrical waste is disposed of correctly. Also, Scottlamp have utilised the Carbon Trust to fund more modern and energy efficient machinery, the installation of insulated roofing and energy efficient lighting.
